“Youth are participating in more violent crimes”| Sgt. Boatwright talks youth violence, school policing

(WEAA)— “The amount of youth and juveniles that have been charged with murder and attempted murder throughout the city and the counties… it’s definitely more than what we are used to…. it’s more frequent than ever.”

Sergeant Clyde Boatwright, president of the Maryland State Fraternal Order of Police and president of the Baltimore City School Police Union joins Two Way Talk to address the rise in youth violence as well as school policing.
