Federal homelessness director talks homelessness, prevention, and mental illness

(WEAA)— Jeff Olivet, executive director of the U.S. Interagency Council on Homelessness has worked to prevent and end homelessness for more than 25 years as a street outreach worker, case manager, coalition builder, researcher, and trainer.

He joins Gabe Ortis to discuss mental illness, homelessness, and community efforts needed to end the rising crisis.
