According to The Baltimore Banner, Sam Cogen, a former high-ranking deputy in the Baltimore City Sheriff’s Office, widened his lead Tuesday in the race to unseat 33-year incumbent John W. Anderson.
As of Tuesday mornig, Cogen had 51.8% of the votes, in the Democratic primary while Anderson had 48.2%.
