The Art of Racing, a partnership between the Preakness Stakes and the Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA), calls for artists nationwide to submit their own awe-inspiring portrayals of Thoroughbred racing, the Preakness and/or Pimlico Race Course.
The winning artist will receive a $4,000 stipend and two VIP passes to Preakness 148 on May 20, 2023.
Submissions will be accepted January 9th -March 10th.
