(Towson, MD) -- A new poll shows a majority of Marylanders approve of Governor Wes Moore's job performance.
The Goucher College survey shows Moore's approval rating is 53%, while 26% disapprove and 20% aren't sure about the new Democratic governor.
The poll gives Moore a 75% approval rating from Democrats, 41% from independent voters and 25% from Republicans.
47% of residents say Maryland is headed in the right direction, while 42% say it's on the wrong track.
