(Baltimore, MD) -- Jury deliberations resume this morning in the trial of a teenage squeegee worker charged with killing a man near Baltimore's Inner Harbor.
Sixteen-year-old Tavon Scott is charged with murder in the shooting death of Timothy Reynolds after he confronted a group of squeegee workers while wielding a baseball bat.
Prosecutors say Reynolds was shot as he walked away from the group and they presented video, DNA evidence and witness testimony in the case.
The defense says no one could positively identify the teen as the person who shot Reynolds and prosecutors did not prove their case.
