Maryland Primary Is July 19th

(Annapolis, MD) -- Maryland's primary election is just a few weeks away.

Voters will be picking their candidates for the top three posts in the state, including governor, attorney general and comptroller. All eight U.S. House seats are also up for grabs.

Mail-in ballots can be requested through the State Board of Elections through July 12th.

Early in-person voting is July 7th through July 14th.

The deadline to register to vote in the July 19th primary was yesterday.

However, folks can still register to vote in the general election in November.

Polls are open from 7 a.m. on 8 p.m.
