(Woodlawn, MD) -- The Baltimore County State's Attorney's Office will decide if charges will be filed in connection with a deadly crash on the Baltimore Beltway.
State Police say six highway workers were killed Wednesday afternoon when a car was attempting to change lanes and struck a disabled vehicle, causing the driver to lose control, jump a jersey wall and overturn in a work zone.
Police are not releasing the names of the victims until next of kin are first notified.
Maryland's Move Over law says motorists must change lanes or slow down when approaching any vehicle stopped on a highway with hazard lights flashing or with flares out.
