(Towson, MD) -- One of the drivers charged in a deadly Baltimore Beltway work zone crash is being allowed to go on home detention after a court appearance.

In ordering her release from jail, a judge said Lisa Lea will not be allowed to drive and can only leave her home to go to doctor appointments, legal meetings and religious services.

Lea is facing manslaughter and other charges related to the March crash that killed six construction workers on the inner loop of I-695 near I-70.

Investigators say Lea was speeding when she clipped the front of another car, causing her vehicle to spin into a construction zone and hit the workers.

The other driver is also charged with manslaughter and was ordered on home detention shortly after his arrest.
