(Baltimore County, MD) -- The man accused of kidnapping a Cockeysville Middle School girl has now been indicted on two felony charges in Baltimore County Circuit Court.
Thirty-four-year-old Oscar Argueta was arrested late last month after he allegedly approached the student while she was walking to school, claimed to be a family friend and convinced her to get into his car.
Investigators say he drove the girl to several locations before dropping her off at school.
Argueta is facing kidnapping, assault and sex offense charges.
