(Baltimore, MD) -- Seven people are injured after a shooting in Baltimore, including a four-year-old child.
The shooting happened at around nine o'clock Wednesday night near the Douglass Homes public-housing complex in East Baltimore.
A city police officer took the injured child to the hospital in a patrol vehicle, five victims were taken to hospital by ambulance and the seventh victim turned up at a hospital for treatment shortly after the shooting.
Police Commissioner Richard Worley says all of the victims' injuries appear to be non-life-threatening.
There is no word yet on suspects and anyone with information is asked to call police.
