(Baltimore County, MD) -- Baltimore County Police have cleared the driver of a truck in connection with the collapse of the Carroll Road Bridge.
Police say after interviewing the driver and completing a thorough inspection of the truck, investigators have determined that the vehicle was not in violation for crossing the bridge and no citations were issued.
Crews were called to Carroll and Philpot roads Monday afternoon where they found the truck and a large tree on the collapsed bridge.
No injuries or leaks were reported.
