Dr. Kaye interviews U.S. Army Brigadier General Janeen Birckhead, a HBCU graduate who is taking command of a temporary, multi-state force of National Guard members who are providing support for the historic presidential inauguration.
Brig. Gen. Birckhead shared her responsibilities, the support service members have been receiving and how she is confident that her soldiers can repel anything that may come their way.
