Baltimore's Artscape festival is returning over Memorial Day weekend and organizers say it is going to be bigger than ever.

Dr. Kaye sat down with Robin Murphy, CEO of Create Baltimore, to discuss what attendees can expect at the largest free outdoor arts festival in the country.

This year's festival runs May 23 and 24 with the main stage at War Memorial Plaza. Headliners include The Roots and Stephanie Mills. Local artists will also take the stage at two additional stages, including "Echoes of the City." Families can enjoy Kidscape, a dedicated family-friendly area within the festival.

The festival also features an Affordable Art Fair curated by photographer Devin Allen, with artwork priced from $200 to $5,000. Organizers recommend attendees use public transportation or nearby parking.
