(Baltimore Co., MD) -- The Baltimore County woman accused of shooting her husband for allegedly molesting children at her daycare center is scheduled to be arraigned today.
Shanteari Weems is facing multiple charges, including aggravated assault and possession of a firearm in commission of a crime.
Investigators say she confronted her husband in July after learning of the allegations.
James Weems, a former Baltimore police officer, is accused of sexually abusing at least three children at Lil Kids Kastle Development Center in Owings Mills.
He's being held without bond at the Baltimore County Detention Center.
